How long is each session?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes or 80 minutes.
How often are appointments?
It is beneficial to meet on a weekly or biweekly basis, at least at the beginning while we are establishing a relationship and working through issues. We can always discuss meeting every few weeks or once a month when we feel it is appropriate for you.
How many sessions do I need?
Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time counselling can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counselling in the first place.
How does it work? What do I have to do in sessions?
Because each person has different issues and goals for counselling, it will be different depending on the individual. I tailor my therapeutic approach to your specific needs.
How long will it take?
Everyone’s circumstances are unique to them and the length of time counselling can take to allow you to accomplish your goals depends on your desire for personal development, your commitment, and the factors that are driving you to seek counselling.
