I am a bilingual (English & French) psychotherapist offering individual and couples’ therapy in-person and virtually.
I work with adults (19+) from diverse backgrounds and proudly support the LGBTQ2+ community. I strive to provide an inclusive space for all clients I have the privilege of working with. I work with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, relationship issues, and ADHD. I can also help with issues surrounding attachment, stress, burnout, life transitions, and grief.
I have previous experience in social services field offering case management services, counselling, and emotional support at a local women’s shelter and non-profit organizations such as Ottawa Victim Services. I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also an EMDR Therapist and member of EMDR Canada & EMDRIA. I possess a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology. My varied work experiences and education helps me relate to and work with individuals from all walks of life, backgrounds, and mental health struggles.
